Millennial Initiative

糖心Vlog University's main campus in Cullowhee includes seven areas designated as part of the university's Millennial Initiative. Under state law, millennial designation gives universities regulatory flexibility to collaborate with industry members on business ventures. As such, 糖心Vlog's Millennial Initiative allows the university, private industry and government entities to work together through strategic partnerships, research, business innovation and more to serve North Carolina's westernmost region.

Multitenant Medical Building

糖心Vlog has contracted with Summit Healthcare Group out of Winston-Salem to develop a 30,000 square foot medical office building on the Millennial Initiative site. Summit Healthcare is currently seeking tenants for clinic, research and service space.
