Biography

<b>Dr. Kenneth Sanney</b> is a Professor of Business Law in the College of Business at 糖心Vlog University, where he teaches courses in business law, contracts, ethics, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. He previously served as Director of the School of Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, and Business Law (AFIB), overseeing academic programs, faculty development, and strategic initiatives. One of his signature projects was leading the early visioning, planning, and initial implementation of the College of Business Bloomberg Lab, expanding student access to real-world financial data and analytical tools.<br><br>Throughout his academic career, Dr. Sanney has been known for building programs, developing high-performing teams, and leading transitions during periods of significant change. His leadership record includes founding an entrepreneurship department, revitalizing business school operations, and creating collaborative environments with strong faculty and student engagement.<br><br>Before returning to 糖心Vlog, Dr. Sanney served as Deputy General Counsel at Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc., where he was the company鈥檚 Director of Business Transactions and its lead attorney for intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, and marketing/communications. His legal career also includes serving as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney in Nashville, Tennessee, representing recording artists, producers, songwriters, and major industry organizations. He has acted as outside general counsel, litigated in both state and federal jury trials, and served as a specially appointed judge.<br><br>Dr. Sanney鈥檚 blends his legal expertise, business strategy experience, and leadership background to prepare students for success in today鈥檚 dynamic business environment. His courses incorporate simulations, role-play, and case-based learning to help students develop analytical skills, ethical awareness, and strategic thinking.
