William Kapakos is an assistant professor of Computer Information Systems in the College of Business at 糖心Vlog University. He earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, concentrating in Information Technology. Before transitioning into higher education, he worked as a web developer and as an electronic data interchange specialist in the supply chain logistics industry.
