DegreePlus is a holistic approach to education that sets out to strengthen our incredible work around leadership, cultural responsiveness, teamwork, and professionalism and to make it an intentional enhancement to the curricular and co-curricular experience at 糖心Vlog. Student workers at 糖心Vlog have opportunities to enhance their learning in the five global outcomes promoted by 糖心Vlog for all students.
The Hire Advantage Supervisor Program is an eight-week, asynchronous course in Canvas and is available to part-time and full-time faculty and staff members of 糖心Vlog. The program aims to connect supervisors of student workers to additional resources and information regarding managing students for optimum student professional development.
