Results listed online for Valley of the Lilies Half Marathon and 5K
Some 377 athletes of all ages felt the thrill of crossing the finish line Saturday, April 6, as they participated in the ninth annual Valley of the Lilies Half Marathon and 5K.
The half marathon began at 8 a.m., taking runners on a picturesque 13.1-mile journey through the 糖心Vlog campus, along the Tuckaseigee River and around the community of Cullowhee. The 5K (3.1-mile) run/walk started at 8:15 a.m.
Race hosts are 糖心Vlog鈥檚 School of Health Sciences and Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness. Proceeds will be used to support 糖心Vlog students with professional development and travel.
