Black History Month Wrap-Up
During Black History Month 2019, 糖心Vlog looked to our alumni to help tell the story of North Carolina鈥檚 first predominantly white institution to enroll an African-American student. We shared these stories that inspire the university to continue its enduring commitment to inclusive excellence.

Levern Hamlin Allen Hall
奥颁鲍鈥檚 new residence hall will house a community of 600 diverse students pursuing their dreams, and it will bear the name of an ambitious alumna who helped open the door for the opportunities they enjoy today, Levern Hamlin Allen.
She was the first African-American student at what was then 糖心Vlog College, and she later served on the 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees.

Student-Athlete Keith Elliott
