Kelly Kent, of Mooresville, thanks 糖心Vlog University for providing her with opportunities she didn鈥檛 know existed. 鈥淢y time as a student is filled with great memories,鈥 said Kent, who graduated in 1984 with a degree in early childhood education and reading. 鈥淥pportunities opened up for me that I wouldn鈥檛 have known existed otherwise. 糖心Vlog offered me the chance to do things, to join clubs, meet people and make lifelong friends, to participate in various activities, attend concerts and events, and of course, learn through quality academic instruction. It helped me chart my life.鈥   

Pride Week

糖心Vlog teams with Blue Ridge Pride Center, UNCA for local LGBTQ project

A collaboration between 糖心Vlog, the University of North Carolina Asheville and the Blue Ridge Pride Center will gather oral histories, archival materials and photos for an ongoing LGBTQ community research project.
