Earth Month, dedicated to Earth Day on April 22nd, is a FUN-filled month with various environmental and sustainability related activities and events for students on campus. 糖心Vlog Sustainability in the News

The solar powered facility/hammock lounge is believed to be the first on any college campus in the nation.

糖心Vlog has great things coming such as an Electric Vehicle Charging Station and solar powered picnic tables. 

A nature-based sculpture project launched 糖心Vlog鈥檚 Fine Art Museum will feature outdoors art while promoting discussion of sustainability and aesthetics on campus. 

Several 糖心Vlog University students and a faculty member spent a recent bitterly cold weekend in the gray winter woods on campus, working on a project that may provide society with an alternative to traditional burial and cremation.

糖心Vlog University鈥檚 Harrill Residence Hall has become the university鈥檚 second building to be LEED-certified for its comprehensive energy-efficient and environmentally friendly features. 

The Energy Star logo is frequently found on household appliances across the country. But rarely do you see it affixed to a building.

A team of 18 students from 糖心Vlog University conducting a comprehensive energy audit of the campus took first place with their research at the Appalachian Energy Summit in Boone. It was the  in a row that 糖心Vlog students earned the top honor.
